There are countless organisations that can help companies work with newcomers to Canada. Non-profits, community organisations and government funded initiatives are all eager to work with companies in Edmonton to facilitate newcomer employment. They can help you find, train and understand the best practices for newcomer employing companies. 

Many free or low-cost resources exist to support employers in newcomer inclusion—but they’re often underused. Community organizations, government programs, and online tools can provide everything from training to wage subsidies.
